DISPATCH
Due to the nature and volume of the Members Archive Sale, please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be dispatched.
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery timeframes commence from the date of dispatch.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Once an order has entered fulfilment, we cannot guarantee changes to products, sizes, colours, delivery addresses or cancellations. This is consistent with our existing order-processing policy.

AVAILABILITY
Archive quantities are extremely limited, with some products being one-offs. In the unlikely event an item is unavailable after your order has been placed, our team will contact you and arrange an appropriate resolution.

ARCHIVE & SAMPLE PRODUCTS
The Archive includes past-season styles, samples, one-offs and other limited pieces. Sample products may feature variations or imperfections that are unique to the individual item. By purchasing a sample product, you acknowledge and accept that these characteristics may be present.

FINAL SALE - SAMPLE PRODUCTS
All sample products purchased through the Members Archive Sale are final sale. No returns, exchanges or change-of-mind refunds will be accepted on sample products. This does not exclude any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

OTHER ARCHIVE SALE PRODUCTS
Unless specifically marked as a sample or final sale, other products purchased during the Members Archive Sale remain subject to our standard Shipping & Returns Policy.
