WAREHOUSE MOVE NOTICE

We are currently in the process of moving our warehouse. Orders placed up until Wednesday 29 April may experience slight delays in dispatch. We appreciate your patience and will get your order to you as soon as possible.

At YOUKNOW we try our best to dispatch in stock items within 24 hours between Monday - Friday. If orders are placed over the weekend they will be dispatched on Monday. 

On occasions of high traffic periods orders may take up to 3-4 working days (excludes pre-orders).

New Zealand

North Island

  • Free shipping on orders over $249 NZD
  • $12.99NZD NZ Post Courier
  • All domestic orders are typically delivered within 2-5 working days from the time of dispatch, however please allow up to 8 working days for your order to arrive.

South Island

  • Free shipping on orders over $249 NZD
  • $19.99NZD NZ Post Courier
  • All domestic orders are typically delivered within 1-5 working days from the time of dispatch, however please allow up to 8 working days for your order to arrive.

  • Customs or import duties/taxes/tariffs may be charged when the order reaches the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid by the recipient- we have no control over these charges and these charges are set and handled by the destination company.
    Customs policies and charges vary from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs agency for further information or to confirm what the charges might be on your order, prior to making your purchase.

All international orders are sent via DHL Express and we expect delivery within 2-8 working days from the time of dispatch.

During sale periods please allow 3–9 business days for orders to be dispatched due to the high volume of orders.

Returns & Exchanges

We've partnered with Refundid to make returns fast and easy. You can start your return online at any time, print your return label, and drop your parcel at your nearest post office.

Return Conditions

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of your order being delivered. To be eligible:

  • Items must be in new, unworn condition
  • All garment tags must be attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns where it's clear these conditions haven't been met.

How It Works

  1. Head to our Refundid returns portal and enter your order details.
  2. Select the item(s) you'd like to return and choose your preferred outcome (refund, exchange, or store credit).
  3. Print your prepaid return label and drop your parcel at any Australia Post location.
  4. Track the progress of your return through the Refundid portal at any time.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind about a purchase, we're happy to offer a refund, exchange or store credit to the value of the item, subject to our return conditions above.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you believe you've received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer care team at support@youknowclothing.com before starting a return through Refundid. These standard return conditions don't apply to faulty items — we'll look after you directly.

Please note that products whose quality has been adversely affected by the customer's washing process will not be accepted as faulty. Please follow the garment care instructions carefully, use a colourfast washing detergent, and ensure there's no bleach or chemical residue in your washing machine before washing.

Retail Store Purchases

Exchanges for purchases made at our Sylvia Park retail store must be completed in person at the Sylvia Park store. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, Refundid will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 2–5 working days.

You can track the status of your return and refund at any time through the Refundid portal.
